This is the only image folder you need. Drop everything in here — straight off your phone, any size, any format (jpg, png, whatever it saved as).

How

1. Add file → Upload files (button at the top right of this folder)
2. Use it on any page, with inbox in the path:

3. That's it. Keep going.

What happens later

Now and then the organize script runs. It:

• turns your photo into a WebP and shrinks it to 650px, so pages load fast
• makes a small phone-sized copy so it looks right on mobile
• looks at which pages actually use the photo, and moves it to the right folder — one page → pages/thatpage/, a few pages → shared/, lots of pages → common/
• rewrites the <IMG SRC> on your pages to match, so nothing breaks

So you never have to guess where a picture belongs, or how many pages will end up using it. Upload, use it, done.

Anything you upload but haven't put on a page yet just stays here until you do.

Old links keep working — a moved image redirects from its previous address.

Filenames are never changed. Whatever your phone called it is fine.
